1. How will I know that my order is successfully placed?

You will receive a confirmation mail from Catchin24 Team that makes you conform that your order was successfully placed.

3. How can I modify my order after having placed it?

Unfortunately, after you have placed an order, you shall not be able to add or remove a product to/from your order. But you can place a new order for the desired products.

4. Can I return (complete or a part of) my order at the time of delivery?

Returning (complete or a part of) an order at the time of delivery will not be possible. But you can exchange your order or return it within 10 days of delivery.

Don't worry if you cancel your order then your refund will credited to your Catchin24 account after conformation of cancellation as soon as possible. Please check "My Points" in your Locker. After return process is completed, it might take up to 3 days to reflect refund amount in your Catchin24 account.

11. What are the cancellation timelines?

You need to cancel your order within 24 hours before the shipping procedure started.

12. How can I cancel one/few products from my order?

Currently, COD service is not available.


1. What is the return policy?

We have 10 days free return policy. You need to return you product within 10 days. But with the condition that product should not be used condition and broken condition. And return should include complete product with all packaging, labels and accessories. If product is found broken/not working on arrival, it needs to notify within 48 hours of receipt. We will try our best to arrange pick from your address. However, sometimes it does not get possible even after 2 3 attempts. So, in that case we will ask you to ship product back to us. We will refund you possible return shipping amount.

4. Will I get complete refund against my order?

Yes, you will get complete refund against your order if found returned product in perfect condition will all accessories, labels and packaging material.

5. Can I return products in COD system if I don't like the product physically?

No you can't return product at time of delivery but you can return it within 10 days of delivery of the product to you after communicating with our support team.

Please make sure item must be returned in new and as unopened condition with all accessories and original packing intact and as unopened. Seal it with any available tape.
